I wrote a review a week or so ago I'm Michael Burroughs I had the Dean Costom shop guitar on lay away. This was my first review on anything.
I thought I just lost the almost 2,000.00 I paid on it. Now it was my fault on making the payment on it . I got complacent because of how long I did business there I felt like family..

That the manger said I left the store so fast that they were are going to make it right because you are like family when you do business there either store credit or the same guitar back on lay away WOW. I just haven't been able to get the time to go in until today fingers crossed love that Cash Connection

Seems every time I’m looking for something there they have it. One time some dope anon snowboard goggles. A tools and an amp at great prices. Staff is friendly and eager to help find what you’re looking for.

Been a satisfied customer for a long time! Whether getting some quick cash to get over expenses, or purchasing items off the shelf, they have taken good care of me! I cannot list all the items I have bought over the years...electronics, musical equipment, tools, or most recently, guns(done particularly well with those). The staff has done a great job working with me to get a fair price for the items I want to buy, sell or pawn, so every visit there ends up going well. Can't say enough good things about Tanya, Cody, and the rest of the gang at Cash Connection Bend!

Fantastic experience buying from them. I’d never used a pawn shop before, but I saw online that they had a cargo e-bike I’ve wanted for literally a decade. The price they were asking was a little over what I could comfortably afford, so I called and asked if they would take some other bikes in trade. To my delight Cody worked out what I thought was a very fair trade for my bikes, and it allowed me to pick up the cargo bike at a much more affordable price. They whole process was so easy and transparent. Everyone at the store was so nice. I told them I was getting the bike to take my dog to the dog park in a more ego-friendly way, and they insisted on meeting him when I came to pick it up. They even went out of their way to get a charger for the bike (it didn’t come with one). Can’t recommend these folks enough.

5 Star experience!!! Customer service was excellent from all staff. They were are very friendly, helpful and made you feel right at home. They answered all my questions and were very informative.
The atmosphere there makes you want to grab a cup of coffee and hangout. Great Job Guys!!!
