Casey Insurance is full of very knowledgeable and friendly staff, they always know how to answer my questions and keep me happy! Sometimes when I call in, I don't get a response instantly... but they always get back to me on the same day! Thank you guys for your great service 🙂

i really didnt want to have to write this but the amount of times my insurance has been screwed up is crazy. ive been charged for my insurance on an unregistered vehicle that i told them i dont drive anymore and doesnt need insurance twice now doubling my already expensive payment per month. i called and asked them to remove it and they verified that they would and now my payment date came up and ive been charged another extra $300 for a car i dont drive. very disappointed with them will not be using them in the future.

This place is absolute garbage, I recently got my commercial insurance on two pick up trucks here, two personal trucks, waiting on some cargo quotes now for three weeks with no answers on the phone and complete avoidance of my emails. I have a business to run and this is very unprofessional and costing me time and money. Been trying to call to get a manager on the phone and not a single extension will answer the phone

Do not get your insurance here. The rates are to much and the staff aren't exactly friendly and they are disorganized.
