Hello there, my name's Ryan, and this lot in Napanee is wonderful to deal with. There is no messing around, and they try to accommodate you the best they can, no matter your situation. For me it was a small odd issue with credit but Jeremy is the man over there, and helped me and my wife secure a Kia Forte, and it has been an amazing experience from start to finish. Been a little bit since our lease start and the vehicle is running smoothly, and is a dream from all the lemons I've had to deal with in the past. I just recently purchased my first new to me vehicle in 12 years. I was very nervous and Nick Baxter was absolutely amazing at making me feel at ease and answer the million questions I had. He was kind and also very understanding of my nervousness. I so appreciated his knowledge of the vehicle I was buying. My mother passed away and left me her car. I already had a car so I decided to sell it. I wanted a deal that was quick and easy because I had much to deal with. I did receive a couple of offers but they were pretty low. My son suggested I try Car loft so I stoped in and spoke with Nick. Told him what I hoped to get. He said let me see what I can do. I was in need of a new vehicle as my previous one was in an accident and written off.

After going to a number of dealerships, and searching online through countless websites, I finally called Carloft and I was referred to Jeremy, in Napanee.

To make a long story short, Jeremy was absolutely amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted, for around the price I was looking for, and for the date I needed the vehicle by. He was patient with all my questions and inquiries, and helpful in every way.
