I went to renew my Autoplan today and went looking for Co-operators, who had provided me very good service in the past, but had moved recently from Dewdney/230. I remembered them telling me approximately where they were moving to. I saw the Autoplan sign at Dewdney/227 and went in. There were around 6 agents sitting at desks and I was the only customer. It didn't take me long to realize that this was not Co-operators. Although they renewed my car insurance, and I have no complaints about their ability to do that, I don't think I'd ever received such dull, cheerless service. Also, I could find nowhere on that block to lock my bike up - no racks anywhere to be seen. Thankfully, they allowed me to take my bike into the office. Anyway, I'll stick with the cheerful service I got at the other place in the future. Being able to do your job is one thing. But making the customer feel good, smiling, and engaging in a bit of chit-chat is the icing on the cake. Today, there was no icing. Sorry about that, Capital West, but that's how it was.

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, they have always been amazing, to me my family and friends, is it new owners by chance My reminder said I can renew my insurance online and print out my own forms... but I foolishly think nah I will support the company I have always supported in east maple ridge. Well I guess all good things come to an end.

Be aware of scams. They were charging me a so called “40 dollar fee” just because i wanted to pay my insurance in half. I went to another place and got it done for free. They also did not accept my credit card that had my mom’s name on it. She was on call with me and was requesting them to use it. We had all identifications. Horrible experience. Got it done from other place very smoothly. Never coming back.

I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 12 years at the maple ridge location. My parents swear by the surrey location. Simply put the only place to get insurance. I could provide an extensive list of reasons as to why they are beyond worth the visit; but you’d be better to just experience it yourself.
