If you ever want to be talked down to and disrespected, this is the car insurance place for you. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. They wouldn’t even let me speak with an ICBC agent and tried to keep my plates for no reason.

Horrible place, worst customer service. I went here with simple question to make changes in payment date lady who owns this place dosent even now the meaning of customer service.
Upon visiting there I also noticed she was not even good with her own employee. I thought she was having a bad day but when I checked the reviews on Google not only me but there are many more who had the same experience. I would rather go to a place 10km far.

if you are even considering getting insurance from here, do not and run far far away. HORRIBLE, customer service the whole time we were there, and very unprofessional. To be specific, the old lady there. came there for home insurance, not to talk about my family life. I could even call this woman a racist. Totally wasted our time, and will never be coming back. Please save you time and find a new insurance. 0/5 stars.

Old guy named Dashpal literally took an hour to renew my insurance. What a joke. No apology or anything and kept coughing on my driver's license and papers. Disgusting, never go here.

Literally the worst insurance place I’ve been to in the whole lower mainland! I’m not one to usually leave reviews but the customer service here was not only lacking it was non existent. Staff is beyond rude and are completely lost at what they’re doing and were not able to help with something as simple as canceling insurance. Only reason I came here is because I live close by but I honestly would rather just drive an extra 15mins to a different place. Beyond disappointing, would give 0/5 if was possible.
