Probably the dumbest company I have ever tired to deal with. The person did not understand a single thing I was asking and would only read the statement given to them by the company. How they are in business is beyond me

If Nelson was the one contacting you I want to say that he is really helping me out he got me in to a statement and he saved me 5k $$ he was so respectful and helpful he doesn’t want anything from you he just doing his job and I guess he knows what he’s doing and he will help you as much as he can

This is A fake company!!! It is not a legit company very unprofessional I have searched to find any other Information and nothing comes up. Also when speaking to me. Butcher he fails to provide any real Information about him self or company and for someone employed in his position and especially in 2018 he does not follow proper confidentiality policy first, being that he never asked once to confirm date of birth, place of residence or any other question most companies would ask

Sad when Nelson Butcher gets so much in a huff that you can't even explain you are getting a loan to pay, and are planning to pay almost a thousand more for the clients hospitality. The money is being held until he decides to be civil.

Very unprofessional people. They sent me a letter about something that their client failed to handle properly and should have never gone to collection. When dealing with these people please be prepared to speak with irrational, rude people making wild accusations.

This guy is rude and ignorant he phoned the place I work at and was repeatedly told that we don’t accept personal calls he yelled at our secretary and told her to do her job does not follow the rules of collecting I will be reporting this child
