Stay away from this place. If you buy an item for example an electronic then bring it home and it gives you issues they will not give you a refund even if you brought it back the next day. They simple say sorry we can only offer you an in-store credit. So if one buys a 500 dollar TV or electric guitar that does not work 100 percent once you get it home , you lose your 500 and are bound to buy something else from there. This is the biggest ripoff a place can do. No store does unethical things like this. They will tell you they test all their products first, but they are not testing the product on an ongoing basis. TVs, computer monitors , etc.. anything electronic can give issues after it heats up. Also, their prices are not a huge savings from buying brand new from Amazon or anywhere else. Do not buy anything from this store that has to be plugged it.

This place was awesome. I recommend going to this location to all my friends. It doesn't sound like much, but I went in there because I've had a flatscreen TV for months without a cord. I went in there to go get a power cord for my flat screen and The manager gave it to me for free I had my debit card in hand and he just gave me the cord. It would've only came up to like 5 or 10 bucks but it was the principal. very friendly staff. The smallest things in life go a long way

Love this place. Spent a bit there lately. 5g in a month. And during a purchase. I added a set of diamond solitare earrings for my wife. And the gal serving me tried to talk me into buying a bigger pair that jumped in price of $700. Stating that they were abit small and my girl might prefer the more expensive ones. Though I stated very clearly my wife is petite and not big on jewelry. I was there buying a $2600 chain. The earrings became an "in the moment" buy for my wife. I'm sure the gal caught my vibe that I wasn't impressed with her views. As I was leaving the gal said...."oh I'm sure she'll like them eitherway". So is it just me? Or has the customer service thing gone totally out the windows? I'm clearly 20 years older than her. And I get that making sales is a part of the job. But when a customer is already spending $$ and confident in their purchase. Support the customers wishes. Don't try and make us feel cheap. So now unless the lady with the shorter dark hair is in there at jewelry counter. Or one of the guys? I won't shop jewelry there with the other gal with the straight longer hair. Nothing worse than being made to feel cheap when spending your $$ at a place. That's exactly how she made me feel. Like I was skimping out on my girl while buying diamond earrings for her. Wow.

Edit: Variability in the prices of silver based on a whim of the person at the counter makes the hock shop less inviting to sell things to. It makes selling there feel more sketchy and like a game.

It's supposed to be a range of 1$-2$ but often will give you lower values even if it's pure silver no stones. They used to put a range on all the prices, but they no longer do that. Only minimum value.

Edit: the employee seemed more pleasant and personable the last time I went in. Thank you. :] I think sometimes they get overwhelmed and stressed if it's super busy.

Thought I was being watched. I asked buyer what kinds of things he would buy or hawk, his response was bring everything. Came back few days later and he looked at all 10 items in 5 seconds and told me tools weren't a item to sell. I spoke with him about it and he denied telling me that they can't keep tools on the shelf. Nothing more than a bold face 2 face liar.

Helpful staff, fair pricing on most things, some of the electronics seem to be AMV but I don't know if they had extra storage or other accessories that could increase the price.
Great place for cheap movies and games, great selection of retro consoles and titles
Lots of instruments and audio equipment and an extensive jewelry and coin department

Awesome place to shop for laptops, music & recording equipment, game consoles, etc. Everything is usually at least half of retail price. I think it's definitely worth checking out before paying twice the price for new.
