Update:

Upon the review, received phone calls and emails looking to rectify the situation. While I do still believe I had information purposely withheld, I did receive the information prior to signing the final documents. My original review reflected what I felt was the time I had wasted with the organization.

With the effort the organization has put into trying to earn my business and being apologetic for what they believe was a simple miscommunication, I have revised my rating to 3/5. If we do move forward and do business, I will return and provide a review based on the service I receive over time.

Will in fact omit things to you about the loan, just to get an application. It feels very predatory lenderesque. I am all for various types of loans being available, just don't waste my time in getting to the fine print where you charge obscene fees like twice monthly admin fees to collect my loan payment.
