I had the experience of going over the paper work for my car loan with Mike Coutts. In that regard he was a consumate professional and did a very good job of going over the paperwork and explaining all the ins and outs of how the contract was written and what I needed to know about it before signing. Overall my experience with Carfii was good, my loan was approved in a timely manner and I was able to get into my pre owned vehicle in about a week's time.

Mike was late for our meeting. It seems like they're understaffed like everyone else these days. Despite that responses from head office were fairly quick. There was also some miscommunication between Carfii and the Dealer about the vehicle licensing which caused a delay in the vehicle being ready for pickup. Aside from these two items it was a good experience.

Car dealer was working through these guys and the person from Carfii sold me the product that covers extra coverage which was totally unnecessary .When I said, i do not want it, he said no its compulsory. BANK force this product on my loan which is totally a scam. These SCAMERs are horrible just stay away from them. At the and they any way charged me an extra product in the name of Admin Fees. They made a scam deal , and to resolve it, they made another scam on top. WOW your business will sink like the Titanic.
