From the moment I walked in the door i was approached by Kathy Gibson who was very kind and knowledgeable at getting me the truck i wanted. She made it easy for me to contact her as well as the whole process going as smoothly as I could have hoped for. I was dead set on black but she told me to check out the option they had in UNDERGROUND colour, I did just that and was a very happy camper. I was also in the process of gathering funds from investments.

Alyson was the finance lady i dealt with and once again I had the best experience, especially since this is my first brand new vehicle I was pretty nervous and wet behind the ears. The process was stress free and she handled it like any professional would. Alyson and the lady who handles my funds were able to speak direct and get everything handled accordingly, there was next to no middle man on my part. Highly recommend Camrose Toyota & these 2 lady's. Thanks for making it happen for me (:

Took my car in for routine maintenance- first time since they moved out to Camrose. Same great service and they even let me take my dog inside to hang out! Super friendly people from all departments came and said hi! Car smells better with dead mouse found and removed too!

Definable get a five star rating from our recent interaction and purchase. We dealt a few minutes with Spenser who was busy with a customer and he introduced us to Arlety. She was so knowledgeable about the vehicles. Very friendly,not pushy.She made us feel so comfortable . Made us feel that she was looking after our wants and needs. We would be happy to deal with her again. She Definable needs a 10 rating.
Also Mark in the finance area. Explained everything carefully. Not pushy. We gave him a 5 star as well or a 10 .
We know we can Come back and ask anything and be treated very well.

10/10 experience. I dealt with Aaron in Sales and he was tremendous! I was originally dealing with a different dealership and after a bad experience there, found Camrose Toyota, From the first time talking to Aaron i knew i was going to have a good experience! He was very patient when I had 100 questions and was upbeat and fun the whole time.
Since he was away during my pickup day, he set me up to deal with Tina (which was a seamless transition) and she was awesome as well! Very informative and friendly. Any staff that I encountered at the Dealership seemed lovely and helpful, which makes the dealership very welcoming. Also want to add a thank you to Alyson in finance who was wonderful to deal with!! They will definitely be my first call the next time I'm car shopping! Highly recommend.

My recent purchase of a Tundra was amazing. The salesman Aaron was professional, easy going and most importantly wasn’t your stereotypical pushy car salesman. Aaron answered all our questions and got everything done that was discussed in our deal. The dealership has a great environment, and all our future Toyota purchases will be made at Camrose Toyota through Aaron. I highly recommend driving out to them and dealing with them, it will be a much better experience than dealing with the dealerships in the bigger cities.
