Jeff in parts and service knows what customer service is about. We called looking for a part for our trailer - he called back as promised, quickly with options of installation. Although we didn’t need the entire replacement (couldn’t get the piece as it is older model), we know who to call when we need help with our trailer! Thank you Jeff!

From the moment you walk in the Paris 401 Auto you're are greeted with warmth of the team from people there.. I'm confident to say that those guys are very knowledgeable about the business they run and deliver the kind of service we all are untitled to get. I never felt pressured nor misinformed about any of the questions I had for them. They felt like a family that wants the best for me and my family. And offered the best vehicle suited for me and my budget. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Ryan when purchasing my new vehicle.
