I am not impressed about the new hours at your ATM as my family can never access the machine. How is this convenient for members? Why don't you invest in a drive through ATM for those that may be able to use it? ?
You are going to have members switch to others financial institutions if this is not resolved soon.
Switch the hours back so members can access their funds or see many of us leave.

I liked banking with Cambrian Credit Union, but this branch would get a zero star rating if that was an option! Was good until about 2017. After that the staff turnover became horrendous. We've had at least 5 different personal finance officers in the past 4 years. Most were trainees with no staff to train them and made repeated mistakes with our mortgage renewal. It was an 8 month nightmare. They also transferred $10000 from our account when we requested $5000 and were told it would be 6-8 weeks to get our other 5k back. They lost our money?!?! Were offered to take out a loan for 5k if we needed that money in the meantime. That was the branch manager's solution. Seems staff start at this branch and move up to the Pembina location leaving long time clients here in limbo. The current manager is also financial auditor, personal finance officer, and who knows what else and does not follow through unless called to task. Zero personal accountability with this one. Don't waste your time here...go to Pembina or consider another CU altogether. We're gradually taking our business elsewhere.

Honestly the only good thing about cambrian is the no monthly fees otherwise they lie about there rates they take days to reply and when you do ask for help they will do the bare minimum to actually help

They lock up the atm after hours. Whats even the point of having an ATM if you can only use it while the bank is open.
