Never less than 15-20 mins when entering to see a teller for a 2 minute transaction. I don't think they understand members rely on their lunchtimes to perform their banking needs, so walking in to a line of 5/6 members and one teller is unacceptable. Manager should be filling in the empty spot during lunches to ensure all are served in a reasonable amount of time.

Wouldn't have to see a Teller is their ATMs actually worked as well, often forced to enter and wait. Please ensure you are fully staffed to serve your paying members. Sturgeon Branch NEVER has this issue in my experience.

Headed down to northbay for business always used this bank for drafts are transfers since are branch in cochrane merger with Desjardins they can't served us will need to drive back 5h north to get a check to finish are business deal . Very upsetting and it took 1.5h during lunch to get told this.

I've been a member at this branch for over two decades. 10/10 every visit I make. I have to add that Joanne in the investment sector is top tier. Wonderful branch and amazing employees all around! Don't let any of these negative reviews fool you.

Absolutely the most wonderful bank to work with in every capacity! Personalized service; every phone call and email is from an employee, they answer all of your questions immediately and the staff are beyond exceptional. I cannot say enough good things. The interest rates on mortgages, loans etc are competitive and they genuinely try to help find the best answers to situations. If I could give more starts I would.
