Last time I was there the insurance agent was ignorant rude a real piece of work..
I have had a Premium CAA card & CAA Insurance to my truck for years..
when I got home. He had CAA head office send me an email stating something that had nothing to do with my complaint.
I told him I was going to file a complaint on him. He made up a story that was a lie and nothing to do with my complaints on him..
Like I said real piece if work.
i got to go in pay my Insurance but I wish he will not be there crazy crazy. Maybe he not there anymore I hope

A month ago I was told that new equipment was coming in to make baby passport photos easier. At that time I was expected to have brought my own white sheet. I called to follow up as I was able to come this afternoon with my 8 month old and was told they don’t offer them anymore due to “safety concerns” - kids must be able to sit independently. I’m not sure why accommodations can’t be made to follow Canadian regulations (blanket on floor, sheet covering car seat, adult holding baby against screen). If I hadn’t thought to call first this would be a 1-star. Certainly too much hassle for my free photo with my membership. I will not be recommending CAA to other moms for passport photos.

As long time members we are very disappointed with the service, or lack of that we received on the afternoon of Wednesday June 7. We approached the travel section to obtain some information. One lady was busy with clients, the other lady was on the phone. We waited patiently, it is common courtesy not to interrupt someone while they are on a call. And then with phone in hand and still attached to her ear she said bluntly "what do you want?" We responded that we wanted to inquire about travel. With her finger pointing in a general direction she said that we needed to make an appointment. The lady on the desk showed very little interest to accomadate us. We then left. The customer service we received today was totally unacceptable. Let me remind you that we the members and customers are the ones who pay your salary.
