Ne faite jamais affaire avec cette assurance j'ai appeler pour annuler il me devais 170$ il on passer le payment pareil j'ai du payer 45$ a ma banque et la il disent que je dois un payment INF et veulent pas rembourser mes j'ai appeler pour annuler parce qu'il me chargais 400$ pour ma voiture quand tous les autre assurance c'etais 200$ il on passer payment jai du payer et dire adieu au remboursement qu;il dois parce qui'l veulent pas rembourser

TrÚs mauvais service, je paie plus de 400$ par mois pour avoir un service minable d un personne irrespectueuse.s il ya un responsable qui puisse me contacter pour vous expliquer la situation. Sinon sachez que votre employé qui m'a accueilli hier fera fuire tout les clients.

I had my car towed by the nicest driver last Thursday. Shawn (Ottawa, Ont) was efficient, and friendly. The garage I had it towed to also said that he was one of the best two truck drivers around. Thanks for making a bad day much better!

From Quebec but was in the area and needed passport photos done. Apparently they "had" to charge me for the "free" photos I was entitled to as a premier member, but that my "regional club" would reimburse me.

Obviously that wasn't a thing when I followed up, not that I care about the $9, it's the lying. Everyone I interacted with \ was in the vicinity of, gave the vibe of a a clique of teenage girls.

Very happy with the emergency services provided by membership, but these "clubs" and the people who serve them, are a waste. IMO close them all, improve the dispatch service, go fully-online, and use partners for the photos and other services.

I’m writing to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your location earlier today around noon. Prior to coming in, we contacted CAA call center for assistance and were advised to visit the store in person for further support.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, the front desk receptionist did not appear willing to listen to our concerns or provide any assistance. Despite explaining our situation clearly and referencing the instructions we received from the call center, we were simply told to call the call center again. No effort was made to understand the issue further, seek help from other staff, or guide us in any meaningful way. At that time, there were no other customers waiting in a line.

I understand that customer service roles can be challenging, and I don’t expect every issue to be resolved immediately. However, I do believe that a basic level of attentiveness and willingness to help should be extended to every customer. Even a small gesture of effort would have made a big difference in our experience.
