When I wasn't making any steps in the right direction with my bank I began to research different lenders and each one I came across didn't suit my needs until I spoke to someone at Business Funding Pro. Banks tend to advertise that they help with small businesses but when it comes down to it they don't really deliver unless you have a high net worth. Being that I was just starting out with my business I couldn't come close to the net worth they were expecting and I really needed a loan. I spoke with Richard over at Business Funding Pro and immediately had a good feeling about their company. He walked me through what the process would be like and gave me different financing options with different terms and interest rates. I expressed my concern with the past companies I had dealt with and the issues I was having with the Bank and he assured me this would be simple and quick. Everything he gave me with the terms and interest made sense seeing as how they are loaning me money without collateral. Richard was always available to talk and explain different things to me. Since then I have done a few loans with them and I will be a returning customer for years to come. My track record has been great and my business has become more profitable.

I was referred to Richard of Business Funding Pro by a Business Associated. He was just approved for a SBA Loan. I contacted him when my loan was denied by a big bank even though my credit is near perfect (due to an inexperienced, irresponsible broker whose name shouldn't be mentioned here). I was in a desperate rush to close my deal before my deadline. Richard professional knowledge has helped me and my wife get our SBA loan on time. During this time, I also approached another bank and applied for the same loan again denied. Richard was aware of it and he was willing to help us out even though his work might not be chosen in the end. We deeply appreciated his service and it was a great pleasure working and closing my deal with him .

Received an email asking how they did, funny cause I never asked for their help, When calling customer service they first hang up in me then call back and get sent to a number that nobody answers.
Really think it's unprofessional if this company and if there is anything on my credit report pertaining to this company I will be filing charges for fraud and there is no way I should be held accountable.
