I don't often write reviews, but I had to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Serena at Buntain Insurance. We did not have an appointment to get our car insured; however, Serena took time out of their day to make sure we had everything we needed.

Serena and colleagues went the extra mile to walk us through all of the insurance options and ensure that we understood all aspects of the policy. Not only was Serena incredibly knowledgeable, but they were also patient and courteous throughout the entire process. It's rare to receive this type of service.

They are always helpful at Buntain, I get my ICBC insurance with them every year. Unfortunately for me, I completely forgot to renew this year as I’ve been travelling. I was able to renew over the phone with Liz, who was really helpful. My policy was going to expire in a couple of days and Liz was able to process my insurance renewal quickly and easily. That was a huge relief as my car would’ve been uninsured when I return home. I would definitely recommend Buntain Insurance.
