Love my 2023 Kia Sportage! I have had a great experience with the sales and service department. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I had switched car brands at the time and I have had a much more positive experience! Highly recommend!

Excellent place to buy your next car. Jordan and Nic were really great and took the time to go over all the details. Very easy to deal with. One thing that really stood out and we really liked was that Jordan took care of the whole sale and you didn't get shuffled off to various other people for upselling. That always feels so fake and as this place didn't do this, they will have our business from now on. An excellent experience and we love our new car!

So all I can say is WOW.
As a very recent transplant to Yarmouth from Southern Ontario I've become accustomed to MAJOR anxiety from going to dealerships with the amount of pressure on a 2018 owner faces to upgrade, purchase or just wanting to make more money from a simple request, I avoided them at all costs.
Well I had to put my big girl pants on today and get my MVI which came with warranty work. Let me tell you. From the moment I spoke with Robyn and Autumn at service I felt like I was with friends. Then Nic and I spoke about new vehicles UNPROMPTED. Will was always a part of the conversation and I'm just generally stunned about the customer service I received.
I've worked in the customer service industry more than half my life and am just floored by not just these folks I dealt with today but everyone in Yarmouth I've met this far. The Ontario dealers need to learn from these folks!!

Brought my telluride there today for a few recall things, the service guy was very helpful and on the ball. Looked after us and got my car back in an hour, even called me and told me they fixed a wire that was hanging down in drivers side. Very attentive and was a great experience. Very impressed !

I recently bought a Kia Forte from Bruce Kia, and I have to say that my experience was top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process: which made everything go smoothly. I also appreciated the great selection of vehicles they had available. When it came time for service, everything was done on time and the showroom was clean and inviting, I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car, A special shout out to Nic Doucette, Jordan MacAulay, William Robinson, and Dawson Babi for making my experience so great!!

My gf bought a suv from them, after going there for oil changes since the beginning and always seemed like we were over charged for the oil changes. Online they say 89.95, she gets the bill for 138. Meanwhile I notice a humming sound coming from the suv, she takes it for a tire rotation and oil change. She gets home and I still hear the sound from the tires. So I look at the tires and they are completely worn and “cupped” or “scalloped”. This wasn’t long after the tire rotation. So I go to the next oil change to tell them about it. I was told the guy who did it wasn’t licensed to do it and it was missed. This is someone’s life you are dealing with.
We were never told about the tires and the condition they were in after their inspection. We agreed on new tires and the parts manager wanted to push only the tires he knew on us. I told him we wanted Goodyear or Michelin. He said he would order Goodyear in and I asked for an alignment so it would hopefully fix the issue in the first place. I was told no because they don’t have the equipment. So I call the morning of the appointment to see if they do wheel alignment, sure enough they do. We were lied to long before the incident. We will never go back there, look over your invoices people. God knows how many they ripped off or never did the proper work.
