My family has been dealing with Anil Patel for almost 2 decades. He is a true professional and very friendly. His knowledge of the complicated tax laws is impeccable. He is always available, if you need him. I have referred a few friends and family members to him, because i know that he treats all his clients with professional attitude and kindness. You won't find a better person to handle your taxes.

Mr. Patel is highly unprofessional and extremely rude. I went with all of the details filled out, because I had some tax related questions - no more than 5 minutes total. I was told, and I quote, “I don’t have time for your nonsense if you’ve already filed your taxes. Please leave as I will not entertain you any further”.
This was when I was ready to PAY him for just 5 minutes of his time. What a waste. Wouldn’t recommend. Steer clear. Go to someone who values you as a person and values your time - not some egotistical person who ho thinks he’s the only one with knowledge.

EDIT based on the owner’s response - I OFFERED TO PAY HIM. EXPLICITLY. I TOLD HIM I WILL PAY YOU THE ENTIRE FEE FOR JUST FIVE MINUTES.
Don’t go about lying to people you disgrace, arrogant and entitled man.

I had a very bad experience with Brisk Tex File. While the owner did complete my tax filing, I later found an issue and reached out for help. Shockingly, he completely refused to assist and was extremely rude in his response.
A professional should stand by their work, but this owner showed no responsibility or basic courtesy. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional behavior in a service that’s supposed to handle something as important as taxes.
I strongly do not recommend Brisk Tex Financial Services to anyone. Terrible attitude, no support, and overall a very disappointing experience.

I got my company's filing done with him a few times. The experience was fine, no doubt the way he talked was very unprofessional but got my taxes done. Later on I missed a few years of tax filing because I was out of the country during lock down. When I got back and went to his office, he was straight up rude and was ready to yell. I don't understand how being at this position for years and you still have no professionalism, don't know how to talk. Started teaching me bogus company laws etc telling me to dissolve the company and what not. The audacity to continuously talk nonsense and question something without understanding was irritating.

You are not in India, stop dealing with that attitude. Education is useless if you don't have manners and do not know how to talk to people. We aren't there to listen to your nonsense. You get paid, you are doing anything for free. This kinda of attitude and entitlement can work in India but this isn't India.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL
I could have given 0, but unfortunately no option for that.
I filed my taxes with Mr. Anil Patel, he did great on filing it but when I got mail from CRA about filed taxes so I called him and he was out of town so i waited until he was
back. When i called him back, no response goes into voicemail, no reply for message.
Well as a part of customer service I was not expecting that. I was gonna pay him for other documentation, but I guess he doesn't wanna retain his customers. And i had to do everything by myself.
So YOU please be careful think of if CRA calls

Mr. Anil Patel - A guy who dont know how to talk professionally!
I called him (got his contact through one of my contact) to get HST return service as today is last day for third quarter. He asked me to visit office, and texted me the location. Since his location is far from me and I'm in official working hours, i called him again that visiting immediate will not be possible. He replied, "if you dont have time then i can't help you, sorry". Very rude to me!

Instead should have asked either i can come after 5 or next day.

@Anil patel - I was ready to pay your fees, if required towards my questions with no intention to get free service. All I wanted to communicate was that just like you I'm also working.

I wish could give 0 or negative stars to this service. They are pathetic. I was filing the taxes for the first time and could not go to the office. I called them and confirmed if we can complete the process over call or if in person visit is required. They said we can process it over phone and when the appointment day came they said as you are doing this for the first time in person visit is required. Moreover the person who do the taxes was rude. If they would have mentioned that my in person visit is mandatory I would have managed my time accordingly to go to their office. I would not recommend their services. If someone still wants to get insulted or waste their precious time then go ahead!!

Worst experience with Mr Anil Patel. He was very rude and unprofessional. Seems like he is taking out his frustrations on me. He told me to stop talking before he gets annoyed. Horrendous experience!!!! I would rate him 0 star if there was an option.
