My friend had their car serviced here a few days ago and when they presented their indigenous status card to ask about a possible discount the person said “we don’t give discounts to Indians”. A simple no would have been fine. They are not communicative, don’t answer their phone, and will rip you off. Avoid this place if you are looking for your car to be serviced.

There were some paint issues in my first week of having the vehicle, they fixed it right up for me within a week even without the additional warranty. I am absolutely furious and completely disappointed with the service I received from Honda.

On Thursday, I started hearing strange rumbling and vibration noises coming from my tires while accelerating. Since all my service is with Honda, I called immediately to see if I could bring the car in that day. I was told no. No availability. No concern. No urgency.

Worried that I could break down somewhere, I turned to another garage. They managed to get me in within an hour of calling. Their inspection revealed that the lug nuts on my car were the wrong size and that there was a caliper hook lodged in my suspension. This is a serious issue. Especially because just two weeks ago I had routine maintenance done at Honda. And I have had two tire changes at Honda since I bought this car from them last year.

How on earth does a dealership that has worked on my tires multiple times fail to notice the wrong lug nuts? How does a caliper hook end up in my suspension without anyone catching it? These are dangerous oversights. This is negligence.

I went to Honda to inform them of the findings. I arrived at 1:45 PM. The service manager inspected the vehicle.

At 2:15 PM, I told the staff I needed to leave to pick up my child from school. I had no idea what was going on with my car. I had been waiting far too long. The receptionist told me it would be another five to ten minutes. At 2:25 PM, I was still waiting. I was then told the service manager was just getting ready to pull the car around. At 2:40 PM, she finally handed me my keys. What took her 15 minutes to pull the car around? What was she doing for nearly an hour?

It took her an hour just to come back and tell me the car was safe to drive. That was not news. The other garage had already corrected your mistakes.

Because of all this, I was late picking up my child. When I got there, he was in tears thinking I had forgotten him. That is something I will not forget, and it is directly because of Honda’s complete lack of professionalism and urgency.

To top it off, the service manager told me that if I had taken the car to Honda first, I would not have been charged. I told her I tried to, and you said no appointments were available. She had no response to that.

The only reason you even looked at the car was because I brought your mistake to your attention. You did not care until you were forced to.

This experience has destroyed any trust I had in Honda. You endangered my safety, wasted my time, disrespected my schedule, and caused distress to my child. All because you failed to do your job properly.

I am done with Honda. I will never recommend your service again.

I reached out to Bridgewater Honda after seeing one of their vehicles on autotrader. From the jump, I was greeted with really friendly and enthusiastic service from Bobby. The Finance worker (Lindsay?) was also very kind over the phone. I do want to give the biggest shout out to their employee Daniel, who I feel went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I could take home my dream vehicle. He always got back to me quickly and did everything he could to make the purchase and process succesful. I would recommend a million times over!

I bought a new 2024 Honda CRV hybrid. Daniel was the salesperson. He was very friendly, met all my needs and wants when finding the right vehicle for me! He was able to get me the best deal compared to other places. When it was time to pick up my SUV Daniel had a big bow on the SUV! He made shopping at Honda an amazing experience!
