We worked with Bridges to replace a vehicle that was no longer repairable. The vehicle that we settled on, I have enjoyed driving the last few days and look forward to driving for a long time to come.

Throughout the whole process, we had positive and regular communication with Josh to advise us how things were progressing, and he was always willing to answer questions that we had either in person or via text. That went a long way to making this a positive experience.

I also need to commend the Service department as well. When we brought the previous car out and it was discovered that it was no longer serviceable, the department communicated promptly to let me know and start working on a plan to dispose of the car, which they took care of on my behalf and I am grateful for that.

Bridges was a great experience! I shopped around to several dealerships with a specific model in mind. Out of the four GMC dealerships that I worked with, the winner by far was Bridges! Krystle was amazing, getting back to me very quickly and taking all the time in the world to show us the new vehicle and get everything set up! My experience with bridges was amazing! I got the pleasure to work with Jacy and Ron. May of 2024 I looked on the website to look at getting myself a new vehicle and Jacy had reached out to me and helped me with all my questions and concerns and went in on a weekend and sat down with Jacy and she helped us decided on the car and was very amazing to work with! Ron there finance guy helped me go through the steps to finance the vehicle and was very professional and helpful and very detailed he made sure you understood everything you were reading and made sure that everything was clear! Overall bridges is an amazing place everyone there are so nice and greeting when you walk in, I highly recommend their dealership and definitely will be going back when I need to upgrade!

Cannot recommend this dealership enough. Just got my first reliable vehicle a couple months ago, have absolutely adored it since. It’s a certified pre-owned 2022 GMC Terrain, about 88K at time of sale. Runs beautifully, I have complete trust in it with my 7 month old and the rest of my family. I specifically adore the AWD, remote start, and Apple CarPlay features on the dash. I cannot remember for the life of me what the guy’s name was (I am so sorry) but I know he was second on the left from the side door, and he was incredibly helpful. Very informative and friendly. Ron ran me through the finances and whatnot, and his service was also incredible. I brought my dad with me, as I’m 19 and didn’t want to miss anything important, but feel confident I would’ve been fine even without him as everything was explained in a very coherent and straightforward way. Thank you all so much for your work and dedication to great customer service, it made buying my first reliable vehicle a great experience all around.
