Brian Turner was absolutely amazing to my husband and I. We are 21 and 22. We were having a lot of troubles with the bank trying to get a mortgage we went to meet up with the bank. They said that they were going to finish everything up and have it done by the end of the week so we were able to put an offer in on our dream house. After waiting for two weeks we started calling the bank and they didn’t return our calls or emails. We received Brian’s information from our real estate agent. I called him that night and the next day we had a video conference with him. He was able to get us a preapproval by the next day. We put an offer in on our house and he worked with different lenders to try and get us the best rate at the time. After moving into our house, he messaged us and asked us how everything was going, and if everything was OK with the house. I 100% recommend him to everybody I speak with. He took the stress out of everything. He was able to help us get our dream house at such a young age and I thank him so much for everything that he did for us. He was absolutely amazing to work with. He picked up on the second or third ring every single time he answered all of our questions, and we cannot possibly thank him enough. Without Brian we would still be living in my parents basement trying to save for a house or we would still currently be fighting the bank. He did absolutely everything in his power to make it less stressful and a little bit of an easier process. He worked hand-in-hand with our real estate agent, as well as our lawyer. Thank you so much Brian for making our dreams come true.

Brian seemingly knows no limits in his dedication when it comes to getting you into your home! We were met with SO many brokers, banks, etc that would laugh in our faces or lead us on and on and on with no results. I came to Brian as a last ditch attempt to purchase our family-friends home and after so many random struggles, he pulled through. Brian was not off-put by self-employment, and at first didn't even think we needed a cosigner where previous people thought our co-signer wasn't enough either! I recently had 2x separate mortgages finalized thru Brian Turner and the experience was awesome! Although it took some work sorting thru and sending all the paperwork, Brian helped me all thru the process and made it easy. Not only did he save me thousands of dollars bc the big bank wouldn't match his rate, he was a great guy to deal with, knowledgeable and very understanding when some of it was stressful. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone looking to step away from the big banks, and deal with a great guy, a great company and someone who you can trust.
