Terrible customer service bought a battery $540 they didn't even call me to ask about prices. I certainly wouldn't have chosen such expensive battery for a 7 year old vehicle. Plus tried to tell me they didn't charge me for labour to install a relay switch it took maybe 1 minute to install since I already removed old one and left the cover off for them. I get better service and price at Denham Ford unfortunately they didn't have any openings for a week plus that had a battery in stock for 100 less.

I am so happy with my experience with Brentridge Ford. I live in a different city and was able to trade my vehicle in for one they had on their lot, all sight unseen. And it only took two days. I’m pretty picky when buying used vehicles and the one they sold me was absolutely mint. Looked brand new. I’ve bought a few vehicles sight unseen and this is the first one I’ve been happy with. Just purchased a 2023 F150 yesterday; Rick in sales is absolutely fantastic. He asked what I wanted, pulled out 2 trucks for me to look at and test drive on my own. When I returned from the second drive Rick asked what I wanted for payments. He crunched the numbers for both and made both work for my budget.
