Dealing with Brady for the purchase of our first home was an incredible experience. He was attentive to our wants and needs, engaged in finding options for us to look at, and when we finally found "the one" he did everything in his power to make sure that we not only got the property, but got it in a time frame that works for us. We first met Brady in June 2020 when we went to viewing one of his listings. That initial viewing, led to a world wind tour of every county north south east and west, adjacent to Edmonton, looking for the perfect property. We viewed at least 70 properties with Brady and throughout he was patient, informative, on time, extremely knowledgeable. When it came to the sale of our own home, he was extremely helpful, providing many industry tips on getting our house 'show' ready, but without being overbearing. We followed his advice and our house sold in 18 days during the height of the current pandemic. Brady's cheerful humorous personality truly made him a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for real estate services.

UPDATE August 2023: Well once again we bought and sold with Brady, only 3 years after our last move. As always Brady was a stellar professional throughout the process and we dragged him all around the area looking for the perfect acreage, which we finally found after at least 40-50 viewings!! Brady goes above and beyond his realtor responsibilities. Highly recommended!

I purchased this on my own and so it seemed overwhelming for sure at times but Brady took the pressure off by walking and talking me through it all from start to finish.
