I recently purchased a condo managed by Blueprint. I had some flooring changes I wanted to make and wanted to complete my paperwork asap to have a smooth transition. Candace has been working on this with me - and thank goodness for her! She has been INCREDIBLE! She has answered all of my questions, gotten me the correct forms, helped me to submit them correctly and when I wasn’t getting any response, followed up with other Blueprint team members. She is a shining example of customer service excellence (and I owe her a coffee!) Thanks Candace!

I’ve had the best experience with Blueprint Management company. Their team is professional, responsive, and attentive to the needs of residents and landlords. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication is clear, ensuring all issues are addressed quickly. The management also ensures the property is well-maintained and clean, creating a pleasant living environment. Overall, I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and efficient property management. Worthy of noting is that the owner of the company. If I could give zero stars, I would. This property management company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their lack of communication is beyond frustrating—emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored, and when you finally reach someone, they either don’t have an answer or promise to "get back to you"

The billing issues are significantly as bad. They constantly make errors, overcharge, and then give you the runaround when you try to get it fixed. Good luck getting a straight answer or a resolution.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial headaches. They have no respect for their tenants or clients, and it shows in every single interaction.

The communication with this company is HORRIBLE. They never respond to emails or voicemails. Everything has to be done with the condo app. Which for the older generation that don't understand, you have limited them on how they can correspond with the property management. As an owner, this is extremely disrespectful and not a solution. Our laundry room has been out of order for WEEKS and no one has done anything about it. Not to mention how unsafe their buildings are. Don't recommend using them.
If there was an option for 0 stars they would be getting that.

This review is not for the management company itself but for one employee that I have been dealing with. Candace has been quick to respond to every text or email I have sent her, which has been probably too many but she's always polite and very helpful. Im very thankful to her for her hard work during what was a very stressful time for me as an owner in an apartment condo. She has been super understanding and very sympathetic to my emotions. Our Condo Board hired Blueprint to manage our Condominum.
As an owner I have consistently been impressed by the service they give to owners and tenants alike. My experience is the speed they reply to emails.
We put up with another management company for years. Now we know what a good management company does.

I've been involved with Blueprint condominiums for a while now on a professional basis and I find them great to deal with. They are prompt, professional, and kind. In my experience they have been very attentive to their tenants and accept nothing less that quick, courteous, kind professionalism from their vendors. I deal primarily with Susan, who I have dealt with for years before she came to Blueprint, and she is honestly one of my favorite people. She is quick to reply, no matter what time we call, friendly, and compassionate. She truly cares about the people she looks after and makes sure we do too. Blueprint is lucky to have her.
