The rooms are older but clean and comfortable. I didn’t notice a lot of noise despite being next to the pub.
It’s not the Taj Mahal but for the price it’s an excellent choice.

The band last night was absolutely the WORST band I've ever heard. People were walking out. We had to leave. Never again going there if that noise is on stage. Horrendous.

Came for a patio beer. Waitress complained we wanted to sit outside, I ordered a Caesar it was pretty much just an entire bottle of Worcestershire. Absolutely horrendous, I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my dog.

The room I was in last night was the size of a closet compared to the picture. I'm told this small room rent for almost 900 a month!!!! Ridiculous. No staff, door key barely worked. Almost got stuck outside in the cold twice. Thank goodness for other guests that recognized me and let me in with them. They said the same thing about their keys barely working. But I can say regardless of the size of the room that have done major renovations in that entire place.

The lady at the bar/waitress wasn't helpful at all, very rude and couldn't even print me my receipt for the stay at the Hotel. She literally moved her whole arm to say to get out and head to my room like a child after she renewed my stay and handed me my card key ( mind you it's my 4months straight at this particular hotel ). The only thing I mentioned which got her upset was that this was the second time my paper receipt couldn't be printed. I'm going to follow up with the manager since I'm being inconvenienced to come back again. It is unacceptable for anyone to be treated that way.
Lack of training is the issue and customer service.

This place seemed fully renovated its rooms and other facilities recently which made our stay so comfortable. Reading all the previous reviews on google, I was doubtful about the reviews and the ratings but it looks like they got a new management team and trying hard to make it better. We felt more like staying in a hotel, not a motel that is right off the highway where you get a quick sleep to continue driving further on the next day. It is more than that. WiFi was working good, beds were comfy, clean and roomy washroom.. what else would you need! High recommended.
