I wish I could give zero star.
I had a very disappointing experience with your insurance company. The representative I was dealing with did not confirm whether the roof damage would be covered by insurance, even after 4:40 PM. She only provided one option for repairs, and the contractor she suggested is asking for a high price. If the damage isn't covered, I’ll be the one who has to pay that amount.

Had she clearly informed me earlier that the coverage was uncertain, I could have arranged for someone else to assess and repair the damage in the morning. Now, she’s telling me that if I don’t fix the roof today, any water damage that occurs won't be covered. This is extremely frustrating.

Additionally, no one informed me about the deductible amount beforehand, which is unacceptable.

It’s now 5:00 PM, and finding an affordable contractor at this time is nearly impossible. If I can’t find one, I may be forced to pay $750 for just to cover that shingles it roof out of my pocket tomorrow if insurance doesn’t cover it and may more money for repairs. She also mentioned they will send someone to inspect the roof's condition, but if they deny coverage based on that, I will be left in a difficult situation.

Many homes in our area have experienced similar roof damage due to the wind, so it's clearly a weather-related issue. I don’t understand why I’m being made to go through so much just to prove it.

This whole experience has been incredibly stressful. If your service doesn’t support customers during emergencies, there’s no point in having insurance at all.

Additionally, whole day I'm in full of tension. She asked me my house inspection report. And told me from that she will find out the age and who made the roof & all..but still waiting for reply.

She is telling me to sign the paper but not confirming that insurance will cover or not.

It's so frustrating still I didn't get any help or anything.
