Worst Experience..... Once my broker left the place I was asked to contact some other person and tried several times but response from them in any ways. Recently I tried to change the vehicle in the insurance and tried calling and contacting them in all the way possible but couldnt get hold of them and I had to go with another company. Now I have been trying to cancel the renewel of the policy for the car which I dnt even own any more. I tried their phone, agent, and even claim department after I was fed up. Claims actually sent an urgent message to the managers and brokers for the same and I was never contacted back from these guys. Calling the office during office hours asks me to call during office hours and hang up after that automated mesaage...... Horrible experience so far from the office side.... Wont recommend the place to anyone. If they are like this, good luck getting a claim ‍♂️....

SCAM!!!!! Had a bad experience with them, agent named Ankur nanda quoted me diffrent price however insurance premium was way too much then the actual quote. When i contacted him, he said there is a mistake from the company. He never admitted that he was wrong. I contacted insurance company but no response for three weeks and i end up paying 1000$ a month for two months.

Aaron really has killed it for me since using him as my broker. My new car purchase didn't go quite as expected, but Aaron worked with me and the daership to get the paperwork done in time. Great work!! Very happy to recommend Aaron!!

Aaron MacDonald, at Billyard Insurance Group, went above and beyond find us the best insurance coverage at the best price for both our home and rental properties... along with Life Insurance!!

Quotes were given very quickly and questions answered even quicker. He really understand how stressful and time sensitive obtaining Insurance can be.

He made talking about Life Insurance almost enjoyable with his extensive knowledge and realistic approach paired with no sales pressure.

Good rates, but once I signed on with them the communication has ended. I had a not at fault claim happen in June and emailed the company about it and recieved no response. I got my insurance renewal and emailed asking a question about payment and received no response.
I would rather pay a bit more and be communicated with when needed .
