Stay away, customer service is horrible.

They will say it’s because I can’t afford to pay but they have received every payment from me it’s just the first 3 months I had to e-transfer because they did not update my banking information when I gave it to them.

They blame this on me although I’ve sent them every email showing I gave them my new banking information they just tell me it’s because I didn’t have funds in the account, but I’ve now shown them proof that they were not taking it from the account that I provided.

It has been nothing but stressful and a pain in my butt I should’ve never taken this loan.

But hopefully others can see this and make an informed choice to get a loan with a company that cares nothing for anyone and willNOT work with you and blame you for everything even with proof.

This place is honestly a joke. The communication is non existent, unless they’re trying to get money from you.

Accounting department sucks, Amy the “Manager” is extremely rude. Using this company was absolutely nothing but a mistake.

- It takes months to hear back from anyone.
- They threaten you over anything & everything.
- Can’t admit their own wrong doing, when I work in this industry and consider myself to be a very organized client (I have all previous emails/dates if you want to fight this one BHM).
- Been trying to update personal information since December of 2023, they ignored all emails and now claim they never received anything although I have proof (And will provide proof).

Harassing me because my banking info is not updated. They claim the account is closed because they have my old account on file. Sent in my new information too many times to count and do you think they’ve updated it?

No need to start accusing me of non payment to protect your “reputation”. Anyone who uses you guys will very quickly see what I am talking about.

AGAIN, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY FOR 2+ MONTHS TO ENSURE THEY RECEIVE MY MONEY!!

Just wanted to share the truth!

Only one star because they do not have any customer service available. I have made every effort to speak to someone in this company,calls ,emails. Seems they respond this way only.
I desperately need my account details to pay off my loan now. You would think they would want there money,but instead create hardship for the consumer.

You can never get a hold of anyone. Voicemail is always full. Emails are not answered. I refinanced with them as my initial experience was positive. They took out my old payment and my new payment August 1st. I sent my banking to prove it and it took almost two weeks to get reimbursed. They did the same for September’s payment. Again, sent my banking and no one had responded to my phone calls or emails. I received and email Sunday morning at 12:10 from accounting/collections telling me I am in arrears over 500. I responded “With “what is going on” “You have the wrong person”. Tried calling Monday and Tuesday and no one is picking up and of course voicemail is full. Sent another email requesting to speak to the owner … looks like I need to put a stop payment on my next payment in order to get a response. Never will I use this company - run!
