I don’t know where to start, but I lived here last year for one year because my lease was for one year. I wish I could have given them minus one, but I guess that’s not possible here, so I have to give them one star. This place is full of roaches and mice. Even if you contact the superintendent or the so-called building manager, Brianne, first of all, she won’t reply to you, and even if she did, she would say stuff that you guys won’t even believe. I will be attaching all the screenshots and the videos.

There was a leakage issue in my apartment, and I told her that. What she told me was that she also has the same problem and she can’t do anything. I mean, is this some kind of joke? This is what you get as a reply from a building supervisor? Even in the video, you can see that mice are roaming here and there in my kitchen.

I would say to everyone, please do not stay here unless you are not able to find anything else. I did ask her for the past one year to give me parking, but you know what? She didn’t give me any parking spot. I guess that she sells those parking spots privately for money, obviously.

Bhalla Apartment is a big joke. Kim and Brianne are two of the most unprofessional people here to deal with. I have already filed a case with the tenant board as they are not giving back my security deposit.

Be careful renting here. Take clear photos and videos before move-in and move-out. I reported all issues during my stay, but they kept my security deposit when I moved out. I had to go through the Nova Scotia Residential Tenancy Program and get a court order to get it back. They had already issued the cheque but held it until they were forced to send it. Document everything and protect yourself.

One of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had! The property managed by Kim Perrault from Bhalla Investments Inc. is completely disgusting. The place is full of cockroaches and rats. I complained multiple times, but nothing was done. It feels like living in a garbage dump. I regret wasting my money here. They only care about collecting rent, not about the health and safety of tenants. Avoid this place unless you want to live with pests!

Extremely poor management. No one in management seems to have any idea of anything that goes on with this building - from rent, to updates. It takes months of constant nagging to have basic requests completed. Usually, the issue isn't repaired until it leads to significant damage that forces repairs. When it comes to confirmation of payments or conversations it takes days to weeks of nagging even for that. Never get a receipt for anything unless you constantly harassing the supervisor for it. Very unprofessional to work with.

This is about 2 barkton lane. HIGHLY recommended to NOT come here. Highly poor management and non responsive owner. Someone actually stole my luggage bag from the laundry room within a gap of 25 minutes and when called upon the manager he gave all unreasonable excuses and refused to help in anyway. So, there could be a serious robbery and no one will b help responsible. Most unsafe place to be at. When called the bhalla investment someone picked the call and kept it on side so that they dont have to answer it and you cannot call again as the line will b busy. I have never experienced such a careless attitude of the management before.

A new property manager was hired the last 6 months . The hallways freshly painted ,entryway freshly painted , carpet cleaned in hallway.new furniture, new security system, any appliances needing repairs have been replaced with new, has rodents and any bugs 🕷 terminated . Gary is always visible around in the building if you need him, listens to any of your concerns and addresses them . This is for 36 Bently dr.Halifax

We live at the Wentworth Location our 2 bedroom apt is beautiful and the location is very convenient. The Superintendent Kim has done everything possible to make this building a great place to live. This building is very clean. Kim is friendly and professional.

I paid my rent in cash at the time. I gave my super my rent. He left to get a receipt. When he came back he gave me a receipt for hundreds less then I gave him. I tried to escalate it to Mr. Bhalla himself. Nothing was done. This was right before Christmas. I also had a lot of mice and no heat in half of my apartment. Worst place. Dont live there.
