Amazing service from Kiran Zahir! I purchased a new vehicle on a Thursday and had to have all insurance documents ready for Monday in order to pick up my vehicle. Kiran got back to me immediately and followed up with the dealership multiple times as we were waiting for some documents from them. I went to get a quote on Wednesday July 17 for home and auto insurance and was told Jessica was off that day and she is the only one who could do it. Was surprised by this but spoke to a gentleman who said he used to do it and could take all the information while I was there. He was detailed and also took a copy of my previous insurance coverage so make sure I was getting at least the same coverage. He said I could expect to hear from the lady no later than Friday. I didn’t hear anything so I called on the Monday and it went immediately to voicemail and I left a message. I tried again on Wednesday and the same thing happened so I left a second message. When I called the office reception said she was on vacation. Okay so I waited and I waited. Since then I have left 2 more messages the second just asking to have my insurance information back so I could deal with a professional insurance company for a quote. As of today still no call after 4 messages. Called Dusome and Wil Marshall and both are prompt and professional the exact opposite of Bevan.
