They are scam.one of bull…t company.just scamming and taking money with no reason.i cancelled my insurance but still after a week they charged me.this is scam.don’t join this company.they just taking pocket money and they are not there to help.they’re sucking ur money.don’t trust them and they’re bull…t policy.they sucking your blood.

I recently was looking to switch insurance broker companies. My previous brokerage was a disaster. High turnover and no one would respond to emails etc. Didn't feel valued at all or very trustworthy. So I started shopping around. I was extremely impressed with my interactions with Rachel K. who does new accounts. She was personable, friendly, polite, very patient, honest and respectful. She offered me good rates as well, much better than my previous insurance. It came down to 2 companies, BK and another one in Markham. But Rachel's customer service is what sold me on this place. The other company was slightly less than BK but customer service matters to me. And the customer service I received has been some of the best I have seen. I hope my assigned broker will be as good as her! Big shoes to follow lol.

Dzenita (jenny) is my account manager, she always picks up the phone when I call in and helps me with any inquiry without a problem. This is huge for me because I hear horror stories from many of my friends and family about how hard it is to get ahold of their broker, which is why I'm making this review.

Lynnsey Griffiths has made my first-time insurance experience the easiest, most pleasurable, and cost-effective it could likely ever possibly be.

She diligently worked with me, crunching number by number, car by car, and tire by tire to find the best rate possible for my unique situation. She quoted multiple insurance providers whenever requested and only ever brought a smile and extremely cheerful attitude to all of our interactions. It was infectious.. lol.

No matter the day, I would always be left in a better mood after communicating with her about my policy. (Something that commonly should be stressful!) Both due to her demeanor, but also knowing that every single thing possible is being considered and looked after by her.

No matter the business, even just to check in and say hello, I don't think it will be possible to find a more eager and knowledgeable specialist in the industry. After over 2 years of services with her, she truly feels more like a friend than someone I have been a client of.
