Good day, sometimes life doesn't happen as we had hoped it would all those years ago and I am very appreciative of companies and representatives like Trustee, David Nironha, and Senior Administrator, Lisa Hunter. After years of untold financial stress, well let's just say I know true help when it arrives. They are wonderful professionals and I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing their assistance.

BDO is an unprofessional company.

Their staff treat you only as a transaction and not as a person.

As well, they are disorganized.

Here are some examples.

1) They did not submit my 2021 income tax return on time because they transferred my return to different staff members who never confirmed to me that they are managing my file. As a result, not only did this error cause a personal inconvenience, I had to pay penalties imposed by CRA.

2) They send me forms that I already previously signed.

3)'They request to me to provide them documents I already sent to them.

4) On several occasions, they never responded to my inquiries in a timely manner where I had to constantly follow up unnecessarily which was a waste of time.

These negative experiences also happened in previous years.

Overall, it has been a terrible customer service experience dealing with this company where you pay high service fees in return for poor customer service and disorganization.

You are better off taking your hard-earned money to an accounting company who treats you with respect as a client and a person other than BDO.
