They have a very terrible management. I asked for some information which they were supposed to send... never got it... ask for billing... same thing! And I wanted to pay with cash they didn't want to accept. So I'll start looking for a more reliable company.
BDO OR THEFTS... THEY DIDN'T WANT TO REFOUND THE MONEY BACK! AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE ANY RECEIPT.

BDO Hawkesbury has really poor organizational and communication skills. Bills are randomly sent from months to years after service and the management do not return calls; this was months before COVID-19.

We clearly got the impression that they do not care about their clients. We quickly switched to another accountant as BDO's service is horribly slow and unorganized. We do not recommend.
