I recently visited BCU Financial to work through the mortgage process, and I was quite impressed with the service I received from Marta and the young gentleman at the teller counter. Both were professional, patient, and prepared.

Marta took the time to walk me through each step, and the teller was equally helpful and courteous throughout. They worked through a few unexpected issues without missing a beat and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.

When I came to write a review here, I read some previous ones and I must say I will only be echoing those positive comments. I can attest to all the praise Marta has received.

Without going much in detail about my situation, I will mention that I needed a bridge loan. When refused by my own branch, Marta, with the same bank but from hundreds of miles away, got in touch with me and reassured me that she will do her best to get the loan.

Words won't do justice with which she commited herself to attain it. Without wasting a minute, and I mean it, she got the ball rolling and within a week, she got me the loan. What really surprised me most is she stayed connected just through email and she did a better job than my local branch even when I went there in person to request one, and got refused after several weeks of waiting after that.

I am truly thankful for her service, for her commitment, but more importantly I am thankful for her taking the initiative to help a client when I needed it most.

Thank you Marta for the help, I sincerely wish you the best in you financial career. I hope other clients can benefit from your immense experience, dedication and commitment towards helping them, especially when they need it the most.
