Dale is fantastic. If he has it it's always top quality and great deals on video games and electronics. I would strongly recommend giving him a call to ask what he may have available as I tried to get the Mario Kart game in Ottawa yet everyone wanted close to original price they paid.

Best pawnshop around, massive selection of DVD’s, electronics, video games, tools ect. Dale is excellent to do business with. I’ve been shopping at the buyback store for years. If I’m looking for something specific, I’ll take my business to dale first before I take it anywhere else. Him and his wife go above and beyond to help you out if you are looking for something. I left a heavy gold chain here, the manager was trustworthy and gave me multiple extensions to pay the balance. If you’re looking for a place that does solid business look no further. You pay the fee’s you agree to but there is no hidden costs or shady work. Highly recommend

Great new location. Lots of space to get around in the store. Very clean and as always awesome friendly owner. Love how you can rent movies from there too. Much cheaper than going to the theatre #shoplocal

I was very insulted by the older man's rude comments during my entire visit! He made remarks about my items being junk! Even at checkout he said I should be greatfull for the $80. They gave me for my stuff.i do not recommend going in to be be little!!!! ELISHA MASK with an honest post
