Ever since Andrew Dodge, financial advisor at the RBC Bayfield and Heather Branch in Barrie took over my portfolio, I was and remain very satisfied with his vast knowledge , non pressure approach and good and sound advise regarding my investments.
He is very open and friendly and takes time to explain and discuss the various options to my situation. He goes beyond and also helpful to me with other bank related matters.
I can therefore highly recommend Andrew Dodge as an investment advisor.

Absolutely horrible bank and even worse branch. The staff is incredibly rude and condescending and the manager has a superiority complex. My fiancé who has been banking there for 17 years had his account frozen for cashing a cheque on mobile deposit that the bank bounced. We went in to clear it up with the physical cheque so it wasn’t fraud but they refused to unfreeze his account because his id expired. We were working on getting his ID because they were holding a large sum of his hard earned money and got his pay switched to cheque. Went in and explained the situation to try and get them to cash the cheque even through my account since he was there to endorse it. They decided to walk away from the desk without telling us what was going on forcing me (a disabled mom with a cane to stand for a considerable amount of time) before the manager comes back and says they are “going their seperate ways from his account for business decision” and refused to tell us why. When asked if it was because his account was frozen they responded yes because of suspicious activity. So if you ever try to cash a cheque there be warned they will freeze your account and then close it with your money in it without telling you (this happened a month after they froze it) and will treat you like a criminal even when the issue was rectified. Horrible location and horrible management. Even the counter clerk was baffled and tried to help us figure out what to do with losing money and trying to cash his cheque so we weren’t without groceries. Be safe. Bank with TD unless you enjoy sub par behaviour and. Managers who think they rule the world and can close your account because they are having a bad day.
