The young lady failed to give me pertinent insurance advice that could've saved me money, she failed to cancel my insurance after a vehicle ownership transfer which costed me money and failed to do anything extra which would ever motivate me to revisit this broker. Dont waste your time here unless you have money to burn. These ladies are the H&R block of insurance, you’re better off getting the job done on your own at home because these “professionals”will only cost you money not help you save it.

Their hours of operation posted on their front door says they open at 9:00am. I tried to go in at 9:09am and their door was locked and saw no one inside. I have a very busy schedule today. This was the first on my list of things to do after dropping my son off at school.

I am a BC Resident and was searching for a particular vehicle. I found one in Calgary, flew there and was in the final steps to complete sale. I was very happy with the car and both parties considered it sold... but wait!! ICBC and Alberta Insurance working together is a nightmare. Both BC Autoplan centers and Alberta registries + AMA were perplexed; unable to implement my request. Basically I was lost in finding a simple way to insure the car and drive it back to Vancouver.

My last hope was calling my go-to autoplan provider being Bay City Insurance New West. Well let's just say they made it a simple walk in the park. They understood my situation, told me exactly what was required, made it happen and were able to get me on my way.

I am greatly appreciative of their help. My only way to pay them back is to give them my business and let others know they are very experienced professional caring people.
