Was honestly expecting a much better experience based on the reviews. I reached out to Bauld Insurance to get personal home, auto and life insurance quotes as a first time home buyer. My phone call for the home/auto policy was a short 5 minutes, everything else was done over email, but my emails were missed so there were delays in getting quotes. Parts of my questions went unanswered, and I was given quotes that we the same or higher than my current insurance plans. Additionally, I had to remind the advisor several times I also was looking for life insurance. In the "e-meeting" with the life insurance advisor, the home advisor forgot to CC the other person, who was on vacation but did not have any out of office message so thought I was forgotten about again given my previous experience. When I did hear back from her, she did seem lovely enough, but by that time I already went with a different brokerage.

The team at Bauld Insurance have been fantastic to deal with! Very prompt at responding, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We run a construction company with lots of different moving parts that don't always fit a standard package which Bauld Insurance always finds a way to make it work for us. Their rates are competitive which is important for our bottom line and we don't have to waste valuable time jumping through hoops to get the coverage we need, whether for all our company vehicles or insurance coverage on all our construction job sites. Lindsay MacDonell is awesome to deal with.

I first started dealing with her during covid, when our insurance company could no longer insure us, and our broker couldn't find anybody else. Thankfully, she stepped in, and we were able to open up our business again. She worked very quickly, and she even came in cheaper than our previous insurance.

She always works hard to accommodate our needs, and explains everything in laymen terms.

Most importantly, she actually cares about us and our business. I feel like we are in good hands with Lindsay on our side.
