I've been calling for 2 days now nobody will pick up the phone I am missing my checkbook and trying to find out if I left it there by accident and nobody will pick up the phone for instance I just called now 12 times and sent an email to Eric Owens and still have not received anything information sorry nothing what a joke I would give no stars but it won't let me post without it

Worst customer service. Showed up for an appt during my work hours since no other time was unavailable and got turned away for not having a document that they said I needed but was not listed on my appointment prep info.

Bank is full of available people but none of them was possible to take our fraudalent activity report. So if you lost your account access with BoA, good luck waiting appointments for next week. In the meantime hackers would apply loans etc.

I belive even if someone would come to rob this bank, they would say “you should take an appointment first” ?

Was on call with Fraud line and they asked to visit the financial center.. People at financial center refused to talk to BOA fraud agent on phone and asked to take appointment. Even the agent was surprised as it would have taken them just 1 minute to complete the process. Horrible experience at this branch whenever I visit.
