They did their best not to help us by saying wait, wait 3 times from morning to evening and they didn't. They have some really weird employees. The supervisor is not doing her job and is trying to keep us waiting by talking nonsense. We just wanted to get a debit card. There's no point in waiting 5 hours and saying you still have to wait.

I just went to get a new card at 10 in the morning and they kept me waiting until 11.30. And before waiting, they said that I don't need your social security number and your picture will be enough. After waiting for 1.30 hours, they told me that it was necessary for me to get my SSN. she made an appointment for me to come back in 2 hours. And I came back for the last time at 3.30 and they told me to wait an hour. They would probably say they are closing this time and not carry out my transaction. The supervisor is seriously disrespectful and makes fun of customers.

I deposited $800 the machine died and the money never enter my account. The bank was no help and I had to call the 1-800 number. I was on hold for a long time. They where also no help and only gave me a temporary credit that would be credited in up to 10 days. But they also said it could take up to 45 days.

Horrible. Went to deposit checks into my dad’s account and they wouldn’t let me even tho I do it every week. Horrible customer service and horrible bank I do not recommend doing business with this bank ever.

They need to hire more tellers, lines are always long 10+ customers and only 2 tellers, I bank here only for work responsibilities and its the same for 5+ years, management needs to hire more employees

They absolutely take the award for the worst service and employees (including the manager).

My patience ran out thin, and I am done with them. How can an organization/ business sustain with such incompetence, utter disregard and disrespect for the customers? I would recommend Chase if you still want to go to the Big Banks, or other CUs in the area.
