I stayed in this building during my final couple of years in school, and it really was wonderful. All of the tenants were considerate, quiet, and friendly. The building itself is always clean and Denny, the onsite manager, ensures it stays that way. Denny values good tenants and works hard to keep them around- even by keeping rent at an insanely low price. The entire community in both of the buildings is fantastic. I highly recommend Baltyk Investments!

My husband and I lived here for the last 4 years and were so impressed by the cleanliness and care of the apartment buildings and the surrounding area. The hallways were bright and spotless. Management was always quick to address any issues, and looked out for the people living there personally, which created a welcoming and safe environment. I really believe this is the best of the best for apartments in Lethbridge! Highly recommend!

I lived here 17 years ago and moved back this year. I’m living in the exact same apartment and the upgrades and maintenance of the property is amazing. Tom and Denny are both accommodating and very professional. The property is kept tidy and beautiful. I feel very fortunate to be a resident here.

Baltyk Investments has two buildings, two bedrooms and two bathrooms per apartment. I have lived at Baltyk for fifteen years. This beautiful property is looked after both inside and out.
Once you have been approved to move in, the first thing you should do is READ THE RULES as provided in the information booklet. eg. If you sneak a cat into your apartment when you said you didn't have one!!! Then there could be a problem.
Six years ago a new manager was hired whose history is dealing with various backgrounds and people. He is straightforward but fair within the rules and often helps anyone in need.
Within a short walking distance there is a beautiful pond to walk around and enjoy Mother Nature.
All in all I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a home.

Clean and upkept building. Maintenance is amazing here. Quiet and peaceful to live at with decently priced rent. Love that the park is right beside it too.
