How this company has a 5 star review is absolutely baffling to me as I had nothing but the runaround from them for over 2 weeks and still never got insurance from them.

On suggestion of a friend I contacted Erin the owner approx 2 weeks from when this review was made, she assured me she could get a better rate and I happily complied with all the necessary information required. I never heard back from Erin and when I finally spoke to someone I was told it had been handed over to Jennifer who informed me that my rate had gone up since they got my postal code wrong and they were so sorry. I agreed to the "new" rate and she informed me that it couldn't
be done today but would take a few more days to expedite which I found strange. Never heard from her again so I called again and left a message that I needed this done asap as my old policy was coming due and I wanted it changed.

Finally got a phone call back from a new rep named Tricia who said I hadn't contacted them since June and she knew nothing of what was going on. At this point I lost it and told them what a shoddy company they had and how ridiculous their business is run. Tricia offered no explanation other than she kept on repeating how I had not spoken to her since June and she kept on repeatedly talking over me as well.

Long story short, I will never contact them again and if you want to save yourself the ridiculous frustration I went through do not do business with this company. I noticed that most of these "positive" reviews are from quite a few years ago so I can only assume this business has lost their ability to deal properly with customers lately.

Erin (the owner) might consider reviewing her policies and her attentiveness to new potential customers as I couldn't be less happy with them.

The ladys at Atrix are awesome, extremely helpful and secured a way better rate for me than anywhere else in town. If you're looking for insurance this is the place.

Unbelievably helpful in both securing me a policy under some extenuating circumstances and saving me a conciderable amount of money in the process ... broker was understanding and very forward and realistic in regards to my needs even though I wasn't entirely sure or helpful in providing what those needs were, she literally went out of her way to get me up and running fast and easy, it was very nice being treated like a person and not a policy number or profit source .. I only wish I could give more then five stars in this rating ...
