We've been using Vegreville insurance for around 10 years.
Before they were taken over by brokerlink they were fantastic.
I could call and talk to someone fairly quickly.

Now? They don't call back when they promised to. We had a critical issue with our insurance underwriter. We phoned them 3+ times, and repeatedly never got a call back with the information we needed. This left us scrambling to find a new company to insure our cars at the last minute.

Since Vegreville Insurance joined Brokerlink and intact insurance, it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone or get service. We've been customers for decades. I am SO disappointed with the almost nonexistent customer service now.

We got smashed with golf ball sized hail at the beginning of July. We were told an adjuster would come out within 4 to 6 weeks. This was then bumped to 6 to 8 weeks via an email. At the end of 8 weeks, and no further follow up to indicate anyone would ever come to see the damage, I called. When I finally got through on their 1-800 number after more than 40 minutes on hold, I was read a script, and then admonished to " be patient".

As a follow up to this review, Brokerlink has emailed me, to let me know that this new system provides much better customer service than a single brokerage can, because customers now have access to a 1-800-number. They apparently have never experienced being on the other end of that call. Waiting for 40 minutes on hold to speak with a random stranger and scolded for requesting timely follow-up, is NOT an improvement to a 3 minutes wait to talk to a polite receptionist at your local brokerage.

However I am sure that this improves their bottom line. They are there to make money, not to provide customer service.

Harman Punia is very great and supportive and she managed to get the policy done very fast even tho it was right before the end of her shift, she also got competitive prices, she was really great

Took a bunch of time filled everything out the it wants to talk to you then he can't find what I just filled out then tells me it's ok just another 45 mins when it says get a quy in 5 mins. Now I tell the guy no thanks ,done no even after unsubscribing they send me more crap this I what pravokes this review ,run run as fast as u can

I called brokerlink and I talked to Lori, she was really understanding and super helpful.

She helped me understand a bit more about insurance and what would be good for me.

She helped me realize that the policy I have is the best one for me, but that in the future I might be able to get a better price for my insurance.

She was super helpful and I hope I can deal with her when I call again next year.
