Literally the worst company I've dealt with in Kelowna. As a business owner as well as an owner in one of their buildings they managed, I can confidently say that they are unprofessional and severely unorganized.

We had a new property manager several times per year, it was horrible getting a hold of someone to solve issues. They didn't follow the strata rules when issues occurred as far as fixing things like plumbing etc.

If you're buying a condo with them as the strata company - I would be cautious. I personally will never buy again if they are involved.

I strongly advise against living anywhere managed by Associa.

During my wife's time at The Verve, managed by Associa, someone within the building threatened to STEAL HER DOG, and the property management "professionals" ignored her COMPLETELY. This was just one of the many issues she's recently had to face while living here.

The management, particularly David Kent, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, bullying and speaking down to her. However, when talking to me, he was more than happy to be civil, which proves his power tripping over her.

For your safety and peace of mind, I urge you to consider other options.

Strata manager - Arthur Han. I keep emailing our strata manager regarding my claim but recently he never replied. My claim was approved by the strata council. I had a copy of his email telling me that my claim was approved and he was going to process it to have the check. Can you please look into it? Thank you (unit owner)

Our strata has dealt with Associa in Kelowna for two years and have been very pleased with their services. As president, I value their timely communication and the knowledge of the staff (including our excellent manager, Carla). The financial packages are accurate and give a great handle on things for both council and owners. The Townsquare app allows for communication between owners and with Associa. We have also used Associa with a strata in Vancouver and they provide the same excellent service.
