Be careful, less knowledge there. Asking about Electric Vehicles transfer stuffs. The employee insisted that we have to pay 12% tax, and she had called ICBC to confirm. But it is common sense that only GST is required for second-hand electric vehicles . Later, I went to another company and it was done perfectly. It's hard to imagine how much trouble it would bring to me if I believed her.

Stay away from this company. The owner Kenneath Lau is a dishonest cheat. I am not the first one in the realty industry to say this. This shady businessman pulled similar cheating behaviour on my family member too in the industry. Secondly , the insurance product they quote clients is not very good product if you take it to knowledgeable insurance broker to explain to you. Anything this long time dishonest insurance owner tells you please have him put down on writing and sign.
