I made an appointment on line and the appointment time was Nov 4 2020@11am, since the confirmation email BMO sent me says the appointment is between 11-12p with Andrew Tsui, and it is a phone appointment instead of in person because of COVID, therefore, I waited for more than an hour for his phone call. But I did not receive any phone call from him at all. I mean even tho Nov 14 is a Saturday, it doesn’t mean that people has nothing to do. I am really angry and disappointed with Andrew and BMO, and their poor customer service that wasted my time. This is ridiculous. Not responsible and not professional. There is no star for him, one is because I had to choose one.
