My experience with AMF Equity Loans has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternative lenders.

One of the most significant issues with AMF Equity Loans is their clear bias towards representing the lender rather than the borrower. This skewed approach became painfully evident throughout the entire process. It felt like our needs and concerns as borrowers were secondary, if not completely disregarded. This lack of advocacy for the borrower left us feeling undervalued and at a distinct disadvantage in a significant financial transaction.

Communication, or rather the lack thereof, was another major letdown. Important updates and information were slow to reach us, if they reached us at all. The seemingly endless delays and lack of responsiveness from AMF Equity Loans only added unnecessary stress to an already stressful process. It was a frustrating experience that left us questioning the professionalism and competence of the company.

Regrettably, I discovered AMF Equity Loans while seeking financial solutions for my family members. In hindsight, I deeply regret choosing them. The entire ordeal has been a series of disappointments, and I cannot stress enough how crucial it is for others to consider alternative lenders who prioritize communication and genuinely represent the interests of the borrower.

In conclusion, my encounter with AMF Equity Loans has been marked by a clear bias towards the lender, abysmal communication, and an overall lackluster commitment to the client's needs. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment – explore other lending options that prioritize the borrower and provide the level of service and communication you deserve.

Despite numerous emails exchanged before they were blocked due to the incessant spam from AMF Equity office, there was a conspicuous absence of any phone calls, and this fact is well-documented. Your office was fully informed about the ongoing email issues even before the loan process unfolded. The absence of phone communication persisted throughout, despite your awareness of both the email problem and the family situation at hand. Once again, it's essential to emphasize that there were no phone calls initiated by your office at any point in this process.

I contacted AMF when I ran into a problem paying my overdue property taxes and I was very worried about losing my house. I didn't know very much about equity loans and I wasn't even sure if I was eligible for one. There was also a time constraint for paying the tax bill. I discussed my situation with Bill Russell and he kindly assured me that AMF could help. What a relief that was! After that, most of my communication was with Tammy Topilko, who explained everything and helped me through the entire process. She was so patient and understanding, I couldn't imagine anyone nicer than Tammy. To make a long story short, I received my loan on time to pay the property taxes and I couldn't be happier. I will always be grateful to AMF for their expertise and wonderful attitude toward their clients. I recommend them 100%.
