In an insurance world that seems to be less and less personal and instead, more and more computerized .. it was pleasant to deal with a person and a company who seem too have found a better balance between the two.

My agent, Prabhjot and I never met but carried on a pleasant and personalized discussion of my needs, my concerns and what they could offer as solutions. She provided a very complete and professional quote, a reasonable price and prompt follow-up.

When compared to the other two companies I approached, it was clear she was looking after me and was not a parrot for an insurer. And was more flexible than the 'direct writer insurer' I had been insured with, who clearly only offer a "we only do it our way or no way" approach [they were also a lot MORE expensive while, in fact, their "buy direct" approach should have allowed them to offer a much better price].

A great experience with AMC .. not so much with the other two companies I had to deal with.
