If your parents are aging and you are left in their Will, get out of here fast!!! Every other BANK paid out within 2 weeks. This Credit Union keeps their money!!! Horrible customer service. Lawyers are now involved. They are trying to tell me I'm not listed in his Will! I have the original copy of the Will that was submitted to them. All 3 of us siblings are listed as equal beneficiaries. Just horrible what they are doing! Get out asap!!!

They steal your money. They have the highest interest rate on the market. I am closing all my accounts with them soon. Most of the managers I dealt with don’t know anything about business; you have to follow up with them 4-5 times to get things done. They don’t care about you…….they care about your pocket……They just gave me a LOAN with 11.6% interest rate with the excuse of my credits being risky…..the way they calculate your credit score on their end is the worst way on the market. I went to scotia bank and I got 6% the next day. Those money hungers doubled the interest rate on me………I don’t recommend going to them. NEVER do this mistake EVER.

Fairly good bank, just one bad experience with the online customer service chat with one of their agents named Thomas. Was very unprofessional and no replies and ended up just closing the chat.
